Every card charge and every subscription already lands in your inbox. Bolsaro reads those emails, and eight seconds later the expense is saved and categorized, without ever linking your bank.

A normal month of small card charges and subscriptions renewing on their own. Not one is worth opening a spreadsheet for, which is why you never check any of them. Together they are your phone bill and your Netflix.
We do not integrate banks one by one. If it emails you, it already works: your bank, your credit card, the supermarket card.
Netflix, Spotify, the gym, the storage plan that renewed without you noticing. Every renewal emails you, and it lands on its own.
We do not connect to your bank and we do not ask for a username. We only read the emails you authorize, one by one.
Anything that does not email you, you photograph (or type by hand, if you prefer). Your month still adds up to the whole picture.
Because almost nobody gets paid on the 1st. You pick the period that matches your payslip, in the currency it pays in.

What doesn't arrive by email
Email covers your cards and your subscriptions. For everything else there's the photo: snap the receipt and Bolsaro reads the amount, the merchant and the category.
Receipt already on your phone? Share it to Bolsaro from wherever it is and it lands the same way.
Read from the photo. Fix anything you like before saving.
With your spreadsheet
It lasts three weeks. After that nobody opens it again.
With Bolsaro
Nothing.
You set it up once, in two minutes, and it keeps going on its own. Your only job is spending, which you were going to do anyway.
With your email. No forms, no card.
Paste your Bolsaro address into auto-forwarding. Once.
And watch it show up on its own, categorized. That is where you stop.
Bolsaro Pro starts with a free trial: 7 days on the yearly plan, 3 days on the weekly one. After that it bills weekly or yearly, and the price appears in your own currency inside the App Store or Google Play, since each store sets it by country. You can cancel any time from your store settings.
No. We never ask for a username or password, we do not connect to your accounts, and we do not move money. Bolsaro only reads the payment emails you choose to forward, from the sender addresses you register.
Any bank that emails you when you pay. We do not integrate banks one at a time, so there is no compatibility list: your bank, your credit card, the supermarket card and your subscriptions (Netflix, Spotify, the gym) all land the same way.
All of them. Bolsaro does not depend on any bank or any country: if you get an email when you pay, it works. You pick the currency you track in and the period (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) to match how you get paid.
You create an auto-forwarding rule in Gmail or Outlook pointing at the address the app gives you. It takes about two minutes, you do it once, and from a computer. Bolsaro then sends a test email to confirm forwarding is actually on.
You photograph the receipt and Bolsaro reads the amount, the merchant and the category. If the receipt is already on your phone, you share it to Bolsaro from wherever it is. You can also type an expense in by hand, as many as you like.
Twelve currencies: US dollar (USD), euro (EUR), Mexican peso (MXN), Colombian peso (COP), Chilean peso (CLP), Argentine peso (ARS), Peruvian sol (PEN), Brazilian real (BRL), pound sterling (GBP), Canadian dollar (CAD), Japanese yen (JPY) and South Korean won (KRW). The app is available in Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Japanese and Korean.
iPhone, from the App Store, and Android, from Google Play. There is no iPad version and no web app: the web is just this page.
We store your email and name, the expenses you record, and your preferences. We do not sell them, we do not share them with advertisers, and the app carries no ads. Our usage analytics never include your expenses. Traffic is encrypted and the database is encrypted at rest. You can delete your account from inside the app: it is immediate and it erases everything.
Download Bolsaro and stop typing what is already written.
